As your business grows, Website Basic subscription can grow with you. Easily expand to offer Blogs, Press Releases and or Reviews. A blog is a section of a website featuring articles, opinions, or educational content (posts) in reverse chronological order, acting as an online journal for sharing expertise, building community, or promoting businesses, and can include text, images, and videos.

Blogs offer in-depth, searchable long-form content. You can also use the blog to sell item online with out the ability to collect payments online. Typically no limits on post, depending on the amount of images used in each post. You can upgrade when needed.

Website with Blog and eCommerce Basic

Create a online store, offer your customers the ability to buy products or services from your website.

eCommerce subscription allows you to open an online store and process credit card payments on your website for products and services. eCommerce Basic has limits on the amount of items you can list. Typically around one hundred items, depending on the amount of images used. You can upgrade when needed.

eCommerce requires you mush have a Bank Merchant account for online credit card processing. We use Stripe, Square or PayPal. you need a Merchant account open before we can setup e-commerce. For more, see Plugins below.

Managing your website

We provide Website Manager (WM). We will maintain your website, offer support for technical difficulties due to any unforeseen problems such as design, hosting, plugins.

Website owners are the Operations Manager (OM). They have the availability to manage their website securely from the administration dashboard. Operations management is the business function responsible for managing and creation of content, updated content, post to blog, adding or editing your storefront products or services. If you don’t have the time, interest or skills necessary to do it yourself. we can provide Operations management assistance.

Domain Names

A Domain Name (yourbusiness.com) is required and not included with our website plan. If you already have a domain name you, or we can just change your domain settings to point to our hosting server. We can assist you updated your domain settings.

If you don’t have a domain name, you can web search for domain registrar. Just make sure they are a ICANN Domain Name Registrants. we can assist you in acquiring your name during the setup.

How Do I Get Started

Three steps to get started creating your website.

  1. put together your content. (text, photos, graphics). you can open a word document, notepad or email and paste your text, attached your photos and logo. spell check your work, look for any mistakes or grammar errors. We Do Not make any changes or corrections to your work.
  2. sent us your content. email or upload to our design team.
  3. choose your website theme, theme colors and layout style. This can easily be changed anytime after your website is setup.

After you make your purchase, our design team will contact you for a website design consultation. To get started on the right track, let us know what you want your new site’s layout, colors to be used and or has a list of questions we can answers ready for your consultation. Next we will contact you by email. just reply with your content, logo, photos and any other items you wish to place on your website. If you don’t have the ability to email your content, you can use postal mail.

After we receive your information we will start setting up your website. during this process we will send you a temp link so you can view the progress and make suggestion or changes, when complete, your new website will go live on the web. After your website is published, you can always ask us to do additional revisions as part of Website Management (WM).

 

Plugins

Plugins extend and expand the functionality of WordPress. Think of them as apps to a smartphone. We install the basic plugins at setup for your website. Depending on the function of your website, additional plugins maybe required. If you like to discuss planning and design of your website please contact us. The number of plugins allowed are limited and must be approved by our design staff. Plugins must be compatible with current installed version of WordPress. Plugins that cause a conflict with WordPress, become incompatible or outdated will be deactivated and/or uninstalled. Most reasons for plugin conflicts maybe poorly designed plugins, Plugin conflict with WordPress, Plugin conflict between plugins or with your theme, outdated plugin version. Basic plugins are the free version of that plugin, many plugin developer offer upgraded versions or add-ons that increase the functionality of that plugin. If need, you can upgrade to a premium version at later date.
